Since vectors resemble pop art a lot, there are many traps to fall in by removing the lines, but I think you managed to steer clear out of the possible faults - the fact that there are no outlines just makes the whole piece more colourful.

Your perspective skills are flawless, as usual (but without being exaggerated like they sometimes are). I love the time you spent on the water, seeing as the attention is drawn towards the ocean right after the character (who is framed into the picture very well). Although, the way he is splashing at the water makes it look a slight bit like slime. The way it looks like, he's traveling at quite a high speed, and even though only his fingers are touching the water, more should have come splashing up.

Another point I would like to comment on, is the way you drew the clouds. By the sun and the water, they're very wellmade but still vector-like, which is good. But as they go up, they've become more shabby, also resembling slime a bit. They also don't quite fit with the perspective and the darkened colour higher up. Well, this is just my opinion.

The colours are refreshingly clear, and despite it containing sharp lines, it's faded out in a good way, so in that aspect you did well. The next part is his eyes. I like the little stars and the way the colour fades and blends together. But I would have liked to see just a little more life in them, seeing as even with the stars in them they look a bit empty. Maybe a brighter colour somewhere, or a small light sparkle.
